  • Agent88 must accept the lead as qualified before commission eligibility is confirmed.
  • The client must pay Agent88 directly or through an approved written commercial arrangement.
  • Commission is calculated only on cleared payments actually received by Agent88, excluding refunds, chargebacks, taxes collected on behalf of government, payment-processing reversals, and pass-through vendor costs if separately itemized.
