These are the decisions we work through for each engagement. The final controls and responsibilities belong in your deployment scope, not in a blanket website promise.
- Access
- We agree which accounts, folders and systems the workflow needs. Access should be limited to the task and revocable by the client.
- Data flow
- We document where inputs, outputs and job records are stored. If an external model API is used, relevant context may be sent to that provider.
- Provider handling
- Model choice, retention settings and provider terms are reviewed for the agreed setup. Private hosting alone does not mean no data leaves the environment.
- Review & approval
- We identify which actions require approval and who can approve them. The controls need to be configured and checked for the actual deployment.
- Ownership & exit
- Output ownership, export, access revocation, support and deletion arrangements are agreed in the engagement scope.
