I-Concept Phase 1 Proposal

From brand direction to event concepts, proposal drafts and production-ready next steps.

A controlled Agent88 pilot for I-Concept: use meeting notes, client briefs, brand references and shared Drive materials to generate stronger brand-vision directions, first proposals, event concepts, visual directions and follow-up checklists — with JJ, Rachel and Lester staying in full control before anything reaches a client.

Brand Vision → Proposal Pack

What we should propose

Three tracks, one narrow first build.

Phase 1 focus

Brand Visioning + Proposal/Event Vision Accelerator

Turn a Teams/Meet transcript, client brief, website, brand references, I-Concept templates and past project folders into a first brand-vision and proposal structure with event concepts, decoration ideas, activation/workshop options, visual-reference prompts, missing-info checklist and a reviewable draft.

Primary proof of value
Combines brand visioning + pitching + design ideation
Editable deck/PDF direction, with HTML preview where useful
Human review before client use

Agent feature

Telegram Bookkeeping Assistant

Let staff upload receipt or expense photos through Telegram. The agent extracts date, merchant, category, amount and notes, then prepares rows for a Google Sheet. This is a useful practical feature, but should run as a bounded module beside the proposal pilot.

Receipt/photo in Telegram
OCR + expense extraction
Google Sheet logging
Human review for unclear items

Growth track

Website Repositioning + GEO

Refresh I-Concept's web presence from marketing/campaign agency toward professional event and exhibition production partner: larger-scale production, one contact point, concept-to-site delivery, lighting/audio/LED/staging/equipment, corporate and exhibition credibility, and AI-search readiness.

New website direction and copy
Portfolio/case-study structure
SEO/GEO for HK event production
No live-site mutation before hosting approval

Confirmed pilot decisions

What Phase 1 should make clear.

Chosen first workflow
Brand visioning, pitching and preliminary proposal generation, combined with event concept and design/mockup ideation.
Why this first
Rachel and Lester confirmed the painful work is creating initial concepts, proposal structure, visual references and client-ready direction. Quotation and invoicing already work fairly systematically.
Preferred output
Editable proposal artifact: Google Slides / PPTX / PDF-compatible. HTML is useful as a fast preview or private proposal surface, but client deliverables still need deck/PDF style.
Input source
Shared Drive folder through the dedicated Google agent account, plus transcripts, client brief, website, brand materials, company profile, templates and sample proposal folders.
Commercial shape
Goodwill Phase 1 pilot for the first controlled workflow, with the broader company-agent evaluation included complimentary for the first month. Commercial terms are kept in the pilot terms section.
Demo timing
Initial progress demo targeted for end of May 2026.

Phase 1 architecture

Start with a manual shared-folder proof. Deep Workspace API can follow.

1

I-Concept shares a sample folder

One approved project folder with proposal template, past deck, client context, company profile, visual references and quotation files as context.

2

Mac Mini runs the private worker

The I-Concept office Mac Mini stays on-site and is maintained by Agent88 through Tailscale. It can work with local files and approved cloud materials.

3

Agent drafts, team reviews

Agent88 generates proposal structures, concept options, visual-reference prompts and checklists. JJ/Rachel/Lester approve and edit before client use.

4

API access comes after proof

Google Workspace API/GCP setup may require the third-party admin. It is useful later but should not block the first manual shared-folder demo.

Phase 1 deliverables

Brand Visioning + Proposal/Event Vision Accelerator output pack.

Opportunity brief: client goal, target audience, brand direction, event objective, constraints and open questions.
Three to five brand vision / event concept directions calibrated to I-Concept's real production capability.
Decoration, activation, workshop, interaction and venue experience ideas.
Visual-reference prompts or mockup instructions for Gemini / image tools / design team use.
Google Slides / PPTX / PDF-compatible proposal skeleton for team editing.
Missing-information checklist and client follow-up draft.
Pilot report: what worked, what needs human review, and what should be hardened next.

Safety boundaries

Controlled first, useful immediately.

Read-only/shared-folder first; no deletion or Drive reorganization in the initial pilot.
No autonomous client sending. All emails, proposals and client-facing outputs remain human-approved.
No final quotation, margin or pricing decisions by the agent.
No live I-Concept website mutation until JJ approves hosting access, backup and replacement plan.
Google API/OAuth setup can be prepared, but the first proof should not wait for third-party Workspace admin access.

Pilot terms

A scoped first step, not an open-ended automation promise.

The commercial terms sit behind the workflow: first prove one useful output pack, then confirm the goodwill pilot fee and decide whether to harden the agent into ongoing support, bookkeeping production or website/GEO work.

Pilot term

Phase 1 goodwill pilot

Relationship-friendly paid pilot covering one controlled Brand Visioning + Proposal/Event Vision workflow, one sample project, one useful output pack, one review/demo checkpoint and a repeatable first runbook.

Included during pilot

Company-agent evaluation

The broader company-agent interface and basic company-context Q&A can be included complimentary for the first month, without treating it as a permanent free managed service.

Priced later if useful

Ongoing agent + support

Continued company-agent access, deeper Drive/CRM/search, bookkeeping production, website/GEO and managed retainer work should be scoped after the pilot proves value.

Boundary

Controlled scope

The pilot does not include unlimited projects, unattended sending, final pricing/accounting decisions, live website mutation or full Workspace/OAuth hardening unless separately scoped.

Bookkeeping agent

A practical Telegram feature beside the main proposal pilot.

JJ specifically referenced the simple workflow: staff scan or upload a receipt photo in Telegram and the AI reads the numbers into a Google Sheet. This is feasible as a bounded utility module.

Input

Receipt/photo sent to a dedicated Telegram topic or bot.

Extraction

Merchant, date, amount, currency, category, payment method and notes.

Output

Google Sheet row or review queue for the accounting/bookkeeping owner.

Boundary

No tax/accounting judgment. Unclear receipts are flagged for human review.

Website development

Rebuild the site around production credibility and inbound discovery.

Positioning

Professional Hong Kong event and exhibition production partner, not only marketing/campaign execution.

Message

One contact point from concept to production: planning, event design, venue/setup, lighting, audio, LED, staging, equipment, catering, gifts, photography and site execution.

Audience

Corporate, government, school, organization and exhibition clients seeking larger, reliable production capability.

Proof

Use company profile, portfolio photos and large-scale project examples to show capability across HKD 10k to HKD 1M-scale projects.

Delivery

First create a private preview/rebuild proposal. Only touch the live I-Concept site after hosting access, backup and replacement scope are approved.

What we need next

Sample materials turn this from proposal into demo.

01One strong preliminary proposal example plus the source brief/context that led to it.
02The proposal template or style reference the team actually wants to reuse.
03Company profile / portfolio deck from Rachel for brand and capability context.
04A sample event/concept folder with client website, brand references, photos, venue/floor plan or design notes if available.
05One sample receipt/expense sheet format for the bookkeeping module.
06Website hosting details and current static HTML files only when JJ wants the website track to begin.

Recommended close

Phase 1 is not automate everything. It is one visible, useful pilot.

Build the brand-visioning and proposal/event-vision pilot first. Include the broader company-agent evaluation complimentary for one month, then price ongoing agent support, bookkeeping production and website/GEO only after the pilot proves value.
