A few useful answers
Let’s make it
a little clearer.
What we build, how a deployment works and what to expect from a first conversation.
What does Agent88 actually do?
We design, implement and operate AI workflows around specific business tasks. The starting applications are reporting and proposal preparation for creative and media teams.
Can we use the platform today?
Managed reporting workflows can be discussed as scoped deployments. Proposal generation work exists, while the shared client workspace and integrated Proposal Composer app are in development. The website workspace is a design preview.
How is an app different from a chat?
An app starts with a defined job, expected inputs and a useful output format. It can organise references and review steps around that job, instead of leaving your team to manage the whole process in a conversation.
Does a person review the output?
The reviewer and approval steps are agreed for each deployment. We recommend explicitly separating drafts from approved outputs, especially where the result creates an external commitment. We do not claim that every action in every system is already approval-gated.
Does private deployment mean all data stays on our server?
No. Hosting and model processing are separate decisions. If the workflow calls an external model API, relevant context may be sent to that provider. Storage, access, provider handling and retention settings need to be reviewed for your setup.
Can our team work in English and Chinese?
We build bilingual experiences and content workflows. The languages, terminology and review requirements for an engagement are agreed in scope. Your team checks the final wording for its intended audience.
Can we use Telegram?
We have built Telegram-based demonstrations. Accessing the same client jobs from both Telegram and the web is part of the shared platform direction; it is not currently offered as a universal live integration.
What does a pilot cost, and how long does it take?
That depends on the workflow, inputs, integrations and support needed. We agree the scope, fees, timing and acceptance criteria before implementation. There is no one-size-fits-all price on this site.
What should we bring to the first conversation?
One recurring task, an example of the input and an example of the output you want. A short description is enough to begin; do not send confidential client material before the sharing and access arrangements are agreed.
